Salami and Sausage Labeling Lines
In the PMR machinery includes equipment for labeling all kinds of sausages: we have benchtop solutions and semi-automatic equipment. Among the automatic solutions PMR has made the M3005 S labeling machine that allows the application of labeling on salami with synthetic and natural casings. The label wrapping system was designed by our engineers to achieve labeling with two flaps overlapping and well aligned; this function also applies to salami that is curved and deformed by aging or impregnated by natural mold, the labeling machine is therefore ideal for applying labels to salami with poor adhesion (unwrapped salami).
M3005 S consists of:
– a double conveyor belt with pushers;
– a Labeling Head type Classic New 3;
– an upper motorized Counter-roller;
– a Label Coating Assembly;
– an unloading chute.
The labeling line is made on a project basis, and as in all our plants, changeover is extremely easy to perform: the machine can handle labels from 40 to 100 mm. For complete management of the work cycle the labeling machine is equipped with IP55 Control Unit with touch screen. The plant is Industry 4.0 ready: through hardware and software expansion PMR connects the machine to the company network in order to communicate and have various information available remotely; it is also possible to create integration with the company management system. Productivity: up to 3.000 pcs/h.
